The interview experience was a lot harder than one would think. There are several steps and also commonly issues with the background check that require additional information. During the interview process, I was rejected twice only to find out I was successful in going to the next step in the process. Once everything settled down, the offer was made and accepted cordially.
A couple of tips...
- Do your homework on the company and integrate the info into your responses.
- Dress professional for face-to-face.
- Keep an eye on your email - their main mode of communication outside of phone calls.
- Short, sweet, and straight to the point.
The pay and compensation may vary from one person to the next but the offer made to myself well exceeded expectations. The benefits package and other perks are good as well.

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.

Interview process is different. You receive an email interview to go over the position and answer questions and you video your answers. If selected you continue on to the next interview with and find out if you got the position or not.
