Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso UnitedHealth Group
Colloquio
I had a phone interview first with Human Resources and then had a follow-up interview with the hiring team. Interview process was fairly quick and questions were straightforward and included some technical questions about the job and my experiences.

The interview process was fair. I was basically asked questions about my background and experience. I had three rounds of interviews. It began with a screening call with the recruiter, and then I spoke with a Senior Healthcare Economics Consultant. My final round was four 30 minute interviews with the director, an actuary, a senior healthcare economics consultant, and the associate director.

1) Apply Online 2) Invitation to complete/record video interview (question shows up on screen for 30 seconds, 3 minutes to answer. no re-dos) 3) Phone interview with recruiter for position or hiring manager
How the interview process goes really depends on the group that you are interviewing for. The recruiter for one of the positions was very nice and helpful, while the hiring manager for another position was condescending and awkward.
I worked in the healthcare analytics field my entire career so I applied to several positions that fit my background, but I was only contacted about positions that would essentially be a demotion (lower pay, lower experience & education requirements). I'm not sure why this is and never got a clear answer from them.
