Very informal process - online questions, test taking; felt as though HR was non-existent. Apparently company is so large it can only use this spam-like automated process. Or else, I'm used to more particular processes evaluating my potential as a candidate.
Initial recruiter phone screen after which you get forwarded to the Hiring manager. Hiring manager goes over your current/past job responsibilities, technical skills. For this role they were looking for SQL and Tableau. After it interview with Manger's manager that's more of a get to know you.

Received email requesting digital interview. Basically Skype interview, but not live. Set up anywhere, anytime. It reads off questions, and you have 20 seconds to think about your answer, then 3 minutes to answer. Five questions.

The interview group was very professional, the questions focused on the requirements for the position and the necessary still sets. All the members of the panel asked relevant questions and were very pleasant.
