UHG visited our campus, they had two written tests. First one was aptitude in which 30 questions needed to be answered in 45 minutes. Second test was technical and wasn't compulsory for electronics people, it had around 20 MCQs and 5 programming questions.

First contact after applying was a 10 minute recruiter call to talk about my experience. Process felt very rushed and did not leave any time for me to ask any questions. I don't think this was necessarily the fault of the recruiter but rather the short time limit set on the call. Afterwards I was asked to do a "pre recorded" interview asking mostly about DevOps concepts - yet another opportunity for me to be bombarded with questions and not be given the chance to ask any. The whole process just seemed like a red flag.
