Before an actual interview you do a video interview answering some questions. Interview was straightforward, background and then your typical “tell us about a time when this happened, how did you respond and how did it benefit you and the company. Teamwork is very important to note as well.

The interview process was quick. However, it took weeks for them to follow-up, which I thought was unprofessional. Only one interviewer was very responsive and attentive, the others seemed to be going through the motions. Although I’ve written a thesis, the hiring manager questioned whether or not I have the writing skills necessary for the job. I thought that question was very odd.
