Submit application on their website, then you are asked to do an assessment, after that you are asked to record a digital interview and if you do well on all of those things you are invited to interview with the manager. Whole process is around a week and a half maybe two weeks. They encourage you the whole time and make you feel as if you are going to get an offer so I went into the interview with the manager feeling great and confident and thought I had done very well in the interview. I thought I had built a rapport with the manager who was so easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and at ease. All of this for nothing!!! I got a generic form rejection the next day! No feed back after I had requested they tell me something as to why after I had spent all of that time and had been made to think I would get an offer! They couldn't or wouldn't give me a hint of a reason why!!!
