Disorganized, slow to respond, salary did not meet market average and is based on home address not skill set. Able to work from home but does require vaccination for job offer.
Straightforward questions to gauge experience. They made me feel comfortable at every step, and I felt like I understood the job I was applying for before I accepted. The conversation flowed easily, and the response time was better than average.
