Very informal interview. They are just really interested if you have any skills that may be a fit for one of their clients. Clients are very good at training you. A short review of my job history was done as well as a questionnaire. There was also a couple of online skills assessments that had to be completed prior to the interview. A basic knowledge of MS Office is helpful.
