Was recommanded from within and a day after I sent my resume I was asked for a phone screen interview. Everything went rather fast, after the phone interview I was asked to complete a Codility test of 4 questions with a total 2h time, that I could start when I wanted. They say it's 50% success on average, but I didn't find it really hard. After the test, I was taken for an on-site interview with 3 leads with different projects. The interview was about my background, my interests and project presentation mostly. A second part, after, was with the HR, to know what I understood, if I was still interested. I was also told that they would move forward with referrals. Once the referrals were checked, I received the offer. The whole process was really friendly and took about 1 week.
