The interview process was straight forward. I was initially contacted by a delightful recruiter by the name of Alex bell on linked in after a brief back in fourth he scheduled 2 video interviews then a final in-person interview in the Brighton office.

I was asked how I saw real-time technology fitting into the film and TV industries.
Interview process included meetings with the team lead, direct manager, a home assignment with medium-difficulty logic and technical questions, and an HR session. All interviews were online except the HR meeting.

Applied and was interviewed within a few days. Recruiter was knowledgable and personable. The needs for the role were clearly outlined and the recruiter was helpful with their questions. Advised me to apply to different roles where my skills might be better used. Community and culture clearly important.
