Unity is a great place to interview for an internship! Interview process is transparent, plenty of support and time sensitivity from recruiters, and competitive salary is offered for interns. Process consisted of one phone screen and two behavioral rounds. For a semi-technical role, technical knowledge was only discussed in context of the bigger picture for Unity. The small company feel/practices make you feel like leadership wants to get to know you informally as well as professionally through the process.
