It started with a LinkedIn invitation by a recruiter to a virtual hiring event. I attended that (and got sent some swag!), expressed interest in the role, and the recruiter started corresponding with me by email.
The interviews afterwards consisted of a Zoom screening with the recruiter, another with a senior manager, a skills testing assignment (enjoyable challenge), followed by multiple Zoom interviews with other senior members of the team. It was a little daunting, but everyone was so welcoming, which definitely made me less nervous. After this, I was asked to provide personal and professional references.
I was thrilled when a recruiter then told me I had reached the offer stage, and was officially hired shortly thereafter.
The entire process was extremely professional and courteous. I couldn't have been more impressed.
