1. An interview with the talent scout/recruiter person (a very nice guy) 2. General written programming test (not too hard, on 1hour in length) 3. Interview with team lead and graphics developer, questions about multithreading, debugging, graphics techniques, optimisation, data structures etc. (the hard part, but satisfying when you pass it) 4. Interview with development director (mostly offer negotiation and test if you are a good fit for the team socially)
