Applying at Unity Communication has been such a wonderful experience! They clearly explain every step of the process and set proper expectations, so I never had to wonder or guess what would happen next. The TA team is really friendly, and they always make sure to keep you updated on how your application is going. The interview process goes like this: first there’s an assessment (because I applied on pooling which has no specific account), followed by an initial interview, then another assessment, and finally the client interview.

It was my first time being interviewed by a foreigner client and I was kinda nervous. It was smooth and had fun interaction with the client. She also shared some insights and advise that could benefit once I hired.
