I applied online. Interviewed at the facility in Cedar Rapids, IA the summer of 2013. From start to finish the process was about 5 weeks (I know it has been streamlined in 2016).

Interviewer was super nice and bubbly. She also told me about other positions that were open, allowing me to choose among several. She was very easy going and didn’t ask me anything that made me uncomfortable.
