The process took 2-3 weeks. I applied with my University and interviewed on campus. From there, I was invited on site to interview with a few people from the closest office near my university. They mostly just went through my resume and asked me questions as they came up. Since the location of my desired position was across the country, I was then invited to call the regional director of my reporting office just to make sure i’d be a good fit. After that call, the recruiter contacted me about an hour later with the official offer letter.
