While they ask you at the beginning about your salary expectations, those are totally ignored when you arrive tired of interviews to the offer stage. When you ask why the answer was that they feel you will not meet their expectations (but they will still offer, though). If you don't like that they are open to contract, even though you said you are not. Thereafter they try to blackmail you: they would not share their benefits in writing even when you ask, and after they do it orally there are corrections, which makes the benefits ridiculous.
