1 on 1 interview with the manager. He asks you if you already worked with children and what is your interest to work there. He asks you what are your availabilities and what group of children you prefer. (Basic or junior) The interviewer also indicates that the course instructor isn't a number on a list and it's very important to respect everybody working there. This is a big family and everybody should help each other. Interviewer was very kind.

Gave in my resume, Got to talking about my experience working with children, some questions about handling harder students who do not want to learn or were unmotivated. It was a fairly easy and comfortable interview, they were getting a look at my personality too .

it was a short interview asking about your self , your education and graduation year and telling you more about the job details, then asking you if you agree to take a training in the UCMAS concept
