The recruitment process was overall well structured, and the discussions during the interviews were professional and engaging. The different stages (Hr, management, tech all in site) gave a clear understanding of the role and the working environment. However, after the third interview, I did not receive any feedback despite several follow-ups. This lack of communication at the final stage was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort invested in the process. Providing a response, even a negative one, would have shown greater consideration for candidates who progressed through multiple stages.
