Got a call to set up an interview after submitting application online. Went in for the interview but they had already hired the two people before me. Had they not have already filled the positions the manager said I was overqualified and would be held in consideration for a more suitable position. Had I been accepted a drug screen and background check would have been required. The position start pay was low and the manager said there was little chance for movement in the company once hired.
