Relatively informal, no surprising questions or grilling, pretty straightforward questions about my experience as it related to the job. The process was incredibly drawn out and it seemed they had no timeline in mind. I ended up being completely ghosted after three rounds. It took three follow up emails to finally get told someone else had been hired.

For an entry level coordinator role I did 6 rounds with 8 interviews and 1 assignment. Lengthy, but nice people.
Prior to the 8th round, I was told I would get an offer after the interview if it went well. In the final round they asked me “who my referral was, and that they were asking me this for a reason”. I told them who it was, and they didn’t know who they were.
The following day I got a call telling me that they were going with someone else and that it had been a toss up.
