I applied internally because I already worked here with seasonal events. I filled out an application and dropped it off at HR (for external you just apply online) about 4 weeks later I received an e-mail for me to schedule a time and date for an interview. I was applying for the new Transformers ride. I first interviewed with an HR rep who asked me about 4 questions directly related to the movie Transformers. Questions like "who are the Decepticons" questions like that ( Hint- If you're applying for an attraction attendant or anything related to a ride brush up on it, Like Harry Potter, Simpsons, Despicable Me ect. because they will ask you a couple questions) After the Movie Questions the HR rep decided to take me to the next interview or not. I was chosen to move on to the next interview. The second interview was with the assistant manager. He asked me about 5 basic questions. Then said I" I would hear something within a couple of weeks regardless’.

No real difficult questions. Just make sure you know about the theme/movie of the attraction you’re applying for. It was normal interview question like “tell me about a ride when you had to deal with a rude customer”, “what can you bring to the company”

Very easy interview with the manager and got hired on the spot. Basic interview questions were asked and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. A little awkward because it was in an open cubicle office, so I can see/hear other people interviewing at the same time.

Super easy it felt like a normal conversation. The questions were not difficult. I sat there waited to be called on in HR, and then went to speak with the interviewer. Overall it was not a too bad experience.

Pretty easy, I answer about 4 questions. Some were the typical "Why Universal?" or "what are your stengths?" and the rest were situational. I was able to get an immediate offer after the interview
