I submitted my application online and got a call within a week. I was given an interview over the phone where they asked basic screening questions, and then they scheduled an in-person interview. I went to the HR department and sat in the waiting room with a lot of other people. The interviewer was behind so I waited about a half hour but I watched Harry Potter on the TVs while I waited. The interview was pretty easy and most of the questions were common sense. I was sent through after to schedule orientation, do hiring paperwork, and get my ID. After that, I did orientation the following week [2 day process]. It was pretty seamless and easy. I was a student at the time and they agreed to work with my school schedule.
