Recruiter responded to application via email. There was a phone screen with the recruiter where benefits and salary were discussed, he was really thorough and prepped me well. It took nearly 2 weeks for the recruiter to set up an interview and I recieved no response any time I followed up with the recruiter. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions led by the manager and team I'd be a part of. I was offered the position about a week later.
