Initial phone screening. About 20 minutes (+-). Very casual. Video interview. First 30 minutes with 2 recruiting managers? Second half with 2 current employees. The video interview was obviously a lot more serious. But they were nice and encouraging. Havent heard back from them but also havent received a rejection letter.
