Long interview process, very unprofessional. After an initial conversation about the role with a higher up, there were two components to the interview. A styling assignment via Zoom and an in person showroom consultation. After scheduling the Styling interview, I was ghosted even after reaching out several times to confirm if the timing was still convenient. Keep in mind, I had spent days working on the Styling Project but no chance to present. After doing the in person showroom consultation, I heard nothing from them. No update. So inconsiderate of people's time. Don't waste your time applying here.

This was by far the longest interview process I have ever been through. Two initial interviews, then an exercise that I spent over 12 hours completing, then five additional interviews after that. They also asked for references. It feels very disrespectful at this point to not have a job offer after seven interviews, a hefty exercise, and asking for references.
