Applied online and received a call about a week later asking if I can come in for an interview. The attire was business casual. When I got there, there were about 15 other applicants there as well. We were called by our name and then seated in a room where we learned about the type of positions that were available. Note: Make sure that you say that you are interested in the positions that they are offering. Do NOT put another position that is probably already filled. You will NOT be chosen to move in the interview process. After the presentation, we had to take a really EASY math test. About 10 questions. They then made us go into the lounge area to wait for a name to be called. Then there was the 1 on 1 interviews. Questions were: What would be you're dream job? What's one word your friends or family would describe you? How would you describe yourself? After that if you're interviewer thinks you are right to go to phase two they will tell you to come back, the same day. Phase Two: You are put in a group and asked with your group members to find common interests among all of you. NOTE: Make sure you pay really close attention, and make good eye contact with each of your group members. Managers will be walking around your table to see how you interact with each other. After that you are asked to with your group members to make up your own theme park ride to sell to the managers and present it to the other groups. Then after that one of your group members is picked to be a leader and you and your group members have to construct a lego structure. After that you are asked to go back into the lounge, your name is called and you get hired. Or your name is called and said that there is not a position for you at this time. Very fun interview process, everyone is extremely nice. Best interview I had. NOTE: Make sure you smile and are engaging.
