Interviewer invites you to his/her cubicle for the interview and you both may chat briefly before you start (first impression). You then start the interview by answering a list of questions they choose from their sheet. If you pass, you are offered the opportunity of employment. I didn't get my 1st option, which was Starbucks due to staff being filled up, so I chose another venue they asked me to work at.
