in total there are 2 interviews. The first one is a small presentation about what positions are they offering and all the rules etc.... you have to do a supper easy math test and after that you have to go to another room where they interview you individually.. asking you questions like: whats your personality, whats your favorite movie etc.. after that if you qualify you pass to the next step, which is the second interview. The second interview consist in interview in groups, where you have to do some activities as a group like drawing a theme park and presenting in front of everybody, and also working on some lego activity (all this activities are in groups) after that managers will determine if you're hired or you're not!!!

The interview process started with a simple phone screen and then set up a time to come in and meet a manager. The managers were running late and seemed disorganized but were friendly. Lots of people were scheduled at once and people went in and out of rooms with the managers who read off a checklist.

It was quick and easy. The person who interviewed me was great! She made me feel comfortable and not nervous. She was nice and friendly. Made me feel at home.

Well, you first interview with one of the workers there. They ask you questions about your past experience and they also asked me trivia questions about Harry Potter. The guy who interviews me first was really nice. Then, if you pass that interview you move into the 2nd interview which is with the managers/supervisors of the department you want to work with. That's when the questions start getting a bit more serious. Overall, everyone was really nice and they seem like they're looking for friendly, nice people.
