      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Universalpromo (Rogers, MN) nel mese di gen 2015

      Colloquio

      Came in and met with the CFO/HR/Vice President and the position was explained to me as a hybrid position because they didn't feel that they needed a full time person in any one of those three areas- but combined they add up to 40 hrs per week. I was given a broad description of the history of the company and how it was being rebuilt by the son of the founder. I was given a tour and then given free access to their software applications, databases and the workstation that I would be inheriting, and directed to look at anything and everything for as long as I wanted and when I was ready I should let them know and we would sit down for questions and answers. Then continued the interview with a question and answer session that included both the President and the CFO/HR/Vice President. Laid out all my questions, they answered them, and asked a few themselves and then the CFO asked the President if she could negotiate and he said yes and left the interview. Then she asked if I had any questions and I asked what they were offering for the position. The whole process took almost 3 hours and I was offered a job that day.
