One round interview where i needed to send in a video of myself exlaining why i wanted to work there and why i chose that phd topic. I also had to send in a resume and motivation letter.

two rounds of interviews. The first is to present 8 mins master's thesis. The second is to present 8 mins PhD proposal. It is very competitive with 200+ applicants. I didn't get an offer in the end.
