The two steps interview process is not very difficult. People who work there are all very nice. It’s a good option for both new graduates and for experienced professionals .

I was asked to do a project/assignment along with a presentation before the interview. During the interview, most of the questions pertained to the assignment. I felt that the time and notice provided to complete the assignment prior to the interview was not at all enough - especially if you're expecting a candidate to complete a rather lengthy assignment, create a presentation, and prepare for an interview.

There were 3 rounds of panel interviews. For one of the interviews, I needed to complete an assignment overnight (was sent data and an objective) and needed to prepare a presentation.
