Apply online through company website. Fill out application with lengthy questionnaire. If your answers are thought out and you have the required GPA and class standing then you will be called for an in-person interview. The in person interview is very simple and straight forward. It is more of a getting to know you session than anything else with no complicated questioned. Once again, if you seem like a decent human being with interpersonal skills then you should move on to the final group interview. In the group interview you get placed at a table with the other candidates. You have to complete various tasks and presentations with the people at your table. Managements is looking for a team player than can both take the lead when needed as well as let others lead. Be yourself and have fun. As long has you have a team player attitude with a knack for leadership you will be fine. After that, you get called in within the next day or so to get told if you got the position. It is helpful if you know the current RAs on staff as they can vouch for you and can give you a recommendation.
