You apply online, and they conduct a sit in interview. The process was relatively smooth, especially if you are a college student. They were quick to call me back after the interview, and the offer seemed reasonable.

Interview was first a one-on-one phone interview with my potential supervisor, then if you get asked to go to the next round, the second round is an HR-conducted one-way video interview via SparkHire platform. I personally don't think your supervisor (who ultimately makes the choice whether or not to hire you) sees the HR-conducted video. However, the HR interview was in a "trial phase" when I did it, according to Miami HR, and it wasn't weighted very heavily. Your supervisor makes the ultimate decision if they want to hire you, and facilitates your hire via HR.

applied and heard back from HR within 2 weeks. Immediately got on a phone interview and was pushed into the next round. Brought in to meet team and understand role. Received offer about a week after. total time from start to finish about 3 weeks.

Semi-confusing. You may be interviewed by multiple departments, which does give you more opportunities but can cause a conflict. Took a couple of weeks to finally get a definitive response from HR.
