An initial screening followed by a take home task, then 4 back to back half hour interviews (2 focus on previous experience and values, one on system design and one on extending the take home task), and a final chat with the CEO. The interviews are intense and thorough but all the questions are relevant and the interview day was a great experience. The take home test was interesting and the 8-12 people who interviewed me were all really friendly and it was a great chance to meet them and get to know the culture before making a decision.
