Applied, was contacted a week later for an introductory interview with their main, and seemingly only TA. They asked me to confirm the salary worked for me, informed me that they use AI to take notes during the interview and then we scheduled the following week for 30 minutes. She seemed disinterested in me as a candidate, the call was typical and very run of the mill. Thought there was a connection, but I was ghosted with ZERO follow up, not even the complimentary "Sorry, we're moving on with other candidates" right now email. I'm guessing it's because she is the only person sourcing for roles and is overwhelmed, but for a mental health company - imagine how I felt as a candidate who has been struggling for months to find work. Super unprofessional.
