Extremely long process, poor communication, and will have you running all over the city. Company seems (understandably) disorganized as they are woefully understaffed. Came to the end of the process and received a lowball offer (which they then denied was a lowball, despite calculations, having eyes, market research, and requested salary saying otherwise). Beware, you have to really want this and be willing to put up with a lot.
