Interviewed with 4 different people for 30 minutes each. Nice office in a great location. Pretty standard first interview - they wanted to know about achievements, family, past experience. They asked a lot of personality questions instead of questions just about experience.

It was a pleasant process. enjoyed it and would suggest to others. Take time to prepare. Asked what weaknesses and strengths were. Just prepare for STAR and you will be good. Prep Prep Prep. HR will seem disinterested but they are listening for sure. In person interview was easy, no prep needed. Just be your self and you will be fine. I would suggest to any one I know for sure.

Very standard. The first Interview was with the field office managers. The second interview was a follow up with more office managers. The third interview was with Senior Directors.
