It was professional and well organized. My only suggestion would be to notify candidates once initial video interview is completed that the process may take a few weeks to evaluate next step in process. I understand that HR has hundreds of applicants to evaluate and the enormity of the process but a simple auto reply may sway a good candidate to be patient.
