-Submitted an application through my college job board
-Within the week I got an email saying they wanted me to fill out a preliminary survey (just stuff about when and where I would be willing to work and my experience with certain computer programs)
-Immediately was asked for a phone interview (took them a few days to finally set it up)
- Phone interview were just questions about what I knew about the company, and then she asked me to just describe all the things on my resume
- I didn't get ANY behavioral questions
- They said I would hear back in one to two weeks, so I should find out soon if I moved on to the next round of interviews

First part is recorded interview with prompt questions. The second part is a cognitive abilities test. You do first and second together. The third part is over the phone using STAR method.

They were very nice reviewed my resume but also go to know me to see if I was a good fit for the company. They also let me know the feedback very soon, wasn't waiting around for response.
