It is a total 5 rounds of interview process: Codility aptitude test, Coding test, technical interview, Business unit round 1, and Business unit round 2. They ghost you if you're not selected. It takes 1-1.5 months and then ghost you. And when you try to reach out they don't respond.

there is 5 round, 1st is aptitude test 15min 45 question, 2nd round assessment round -> ( 1st section based on Mysql related 12 question, 2nd section: HTML CSS JS besed question to handle Form and validate, 3rd section: ROR based question to create a Action mailer.)
3rd round: Technical Round: ROR questions, JS question, Unit test.
