Lots of emails back and forth. Very unorganized. 3rd part process was straight forward but when it came to talking with some straight from Uplift it was unorganized. Before the interview I had already spoken with 3 different people through email.

First, I recorded a video answering some questions they sent me to the best of my ability. This was scheduled through Interview Stream. Then, 8 days later, they emailed me to schedule a Zoom interview with the school's principal. I received no feedback after that for a few days. But I reached out to follow up, 5 days later, and was told I was lined up to be hired and asked to come in for staff training. However, the actual hiring process only happened after I had shown up for Staff meetings, which was not the order in which things should have happened.
