Attended a on sight career fair and interviewed with two hiring managers on sight. later was asked to come in for a second and I Interviewed with three individuals. Specific situational questions and behavioral questions. Each individual took turns asking questions. The position seemed like something reasonable for a college graduate starting grad school. It took about one month in total to get an offer.
