I applied online. . I interviewed at Uppsala University . my first interview was through skype. Interview lasts 1 hour and I was interview with lead supervisor of project which was a good experience. Questions was easy . Actually a part was a bit technically about my previous work and another was about my insight about phd project.

i had to do a presentation and then do q&a about potential project, reflecting on different aspects of research. they tested both knowledge of the field, but also presentation skills, communication skills and existing experience to conduct research

After sending the application, I was invited to the interview because I had a good CV. However, my background was not exactly what they needed so they didn't offer me the job.
