Very friendly and positive first impression.
The interview was very swift but precise and even though I was nervous I managed to make a good impression and was invited for the next stage on the spot.
The second appointment was totally the opposite where I spent the whole day with the company observing the work. I found that very helpful as first hand was able to see how the promotions work and also the interviewer had a lot more time to explain to me about the company goals and where I can fitz
