The interview process at Upstart is very efficient and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Claudia Pouani, she was helpful and easy to work with. The entire experience was great and as smooth as it can be. Definitely one of my best interview experiences.

It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
