The interview process was efficient and pleasant.
It included an initial phone interview with the team lead, followed by a take-home assignment. After submitting the assignment, I was invited to a technical interview where I also presented my work, and finally, there was an HR interview.
Throughout the process, the HR representative stayed in close contact with me by phone and responded almost immediately after each step with clear next steps. She was genuinely kind and caring, which made the whole experience even more positive.

I do not recommend this company. I successfully passed the HR phone screening, the team leader interview, a home assignment, and a follow-up interview where I presented my work to the team leader and another analyst. I received very positive feedback—my test was described as "really good," and I was told I presented it very well.
However, after that final interview, I waited two full weeks without any response. Eventually, I reached out to the team leader myself to follow up. That’s when the HR representative had the audacity to lie and claim she had tried calling me multiple times during those two weeks—which simply wasn’t true. And even if it were, why not follow up with a message or email?
When I asked for feedback, I was told there was nothing specific they could share and that they had just chosen someone else. If this is how they treat candidates who invest time and effort in their process, I can only imagine how they treat actual employees. Unprofessional and disappointing.
