The interview consisted of 3 stages, phone interview, 1 technical interview with the manager and the lead and one last interview with the CTO and the manager.
Phone interview with the engineering manager was awesome, really cool guy asked about basic Java questions and some more difficult Data Structures questions (linked list internals, doubly linked lists, trees).
Second interview was with the director of engineering and a team lead. Team lead seemed uninterested, bored and put minimal effort. On the other hand, the director was super helpful and nice and seemed that he actually wanted to be in the interview. Interview consisted of some code blocks you had to debug and explain what happens when they are executed. Last step was a leetcode question that I managed to solve with some help from the director.
Last interview, with the CTO and the engineering manager from the phone interview. General questions about me and what I do and some information for how the teams work etc. This interview had 1 leetcode question which I was able to solve with some help also. Engineering manager was again really helpful, but CTO seemed a bit rude.
After all this I get a call from HR saying that they had a really good impression of me and they would contact me after 2 weeks, because it was holiday period. But sadly, they never responded even after requesting for feedback or why I was not selected.
Needless to say after 6 hours of interviews you would expect to at least get some feedback on what went wrong, but that didn't happen. I would not attempt to interview with this company again.
