You have to know the very basic, very enjoyable though at some point I felt like giving up. But the interviewers were super friendly. The role description mentioned a lot about Elixir and Erlang, but the interviewer didn't know about these languages and it seemed to me that he wasn't quite sure about the role description. To sum up, they need someone that knows about python and git that is the core business of platform.sh.
The overall interview was OK, with some questions about python, golang and git.
