My interview experience with URBAN SDK for the Implementation Specialist role was disappointing. After the first interview, I was asked to provide references, which I submitted promptly. Unfortunately, after sharing them, I was ghosted without any follow-up or closure. The interview itself, led by their Associate VP of Revenue, felt very one-sided and unengaging. The interviewer seemed distracted and not fully attentive to my responses. Additionally, I wasn’t given any opportunity to ask questions about the role or company, making the interview feel rushed and like a mere formality rather than a genuine conversation. Overall, this experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism and approach to candidate engagement in the hiring process, even though the interviewer mostly talked about how great their company culture is and how they only want to hire the "right" people.
